I dont know if its in my head but ive kind of noticed that if you go up some uphills and tap wheelie up and down fast. You actually gain some speed. (Motorbikes)

I think this was called "dipping method" in GTA IV, although it's not very popular in V, I've noticed it's quite effective in some situations.
For instance, using the Sanchez. I've tested both leaning and dipping with it and dipping is much much more effective!
