Can I use this stunt?

A month and a half ago I posted a topic on this website where I showed you a stunt in which I landed a tank on the Maze Bank. I still haven't been able to use it in a montage because I have two stunt left to hit. Still, I published it here. Now this guy, PoppinTomaForks, posted a CoD/Battlefield montage which included a stunt where he landed on the lower part of the Maze Bank, not the Helipad like I did, but still the "top". Can I use my stunt on my montage (once I get finished with the other 2 stunts) without being considered unoriginal or my stunt being a "reland"?

Use it. I feel like the youtube scene in general has a distorted view of what can and can't be used. Just use whatever you like, the only thing people really look down on is if you directly stole the stunt from someone, Ie. someone shows you a stunt, and you go out of your way to land it/release it before the person who showed you, which would be the douche move.

However this is fair game because you honestly landed it better and before you knew anyone else had landed it.

Yep you landed it first and to the very top, plus it felt random to use it in a cod montage, I guess he wanted to release it first.

No one can decide for you what you can use and what you cannot.
The only barometer for whether you can use a stunt or not is whether you feel like it's something you want to present to people or not.
Be confident in your ability to decide that for yourself, have your own standards for what's good or not and trust your own observations and thoughts.
If using an "old" stunt is bad to you, that something that you have to decide, no one can do that for you.

Ok thanks guys. I will use it on my montage. Honestly it's not the stunt I feel the most proud of, but landing on the tallest building in the gameis a big deal to people. It only took me 5-6 hours. I just want stunts to finish m ysolo and hopefully join a stunting crew then so I can really concentrate on the sickest stunts I have in mind, not just filling a 3 minutes video with stunts. i'd say use it. No one else did it to top like you did. You might be even featured on LADBible on Facebook if you're lucky since that stunt is probably one of those which will impress people who know nothing about the game And the page has been posting quite a number of GTA V contents lately though I'm aware you might not be into all that fame stuff.

Paragraph 5 chapter 69 of the Stunters Rights And Fair Usage Act published by Vanilla in 1996 states "He who knowingly uses the stunt 2nd shall be put to death via electric chair."

So, no, you're not legally allowed to use this stunt in any montage or video from this point forward

He just posted a video with only the stunt. Apparently he hit it before Xmas. I won't use that stunt knowing he hit it before me aswell. Thanks to everyone who replied
