Ingame Rainbow?

Im playing the storyline again for fun, and saw some rainbow...Didnt really know that was implemented

I knew about this a long time, but with Dannyes main.scm this does not exist. In gta 3 also have a rainbow.

when I saw the title I swore it was about Rainbow. t'was good
