Can anyone tell me what's "Mouse RAD" and how to do it ?
 I heard this method somewhere but i have no idea what's it .

Bind the 'lean up/down' actions to the left/right mouse buttons and RAD with them as if you were using the keyboard.
The only advantage with this is that it somehow you can drop further down and lean back up again without losing your RAD's, pretty useful when going north.

It's the same as normal radding, but with different key bindings. It's more comfortable for some people, but there is no real difference, except for the fact that you do not have to mash your buttons so hard.
It's perfect for lazy bitches like myself.

Well it's not modding as you don't have to change a single file to use it.
Don't use it, or use it, should be everyone's personal choice, I don't see a reason for why that's a touchy subject if we could all agree on this  :sleep:

It's an illusion to keep your RADs forever going, while it's really just a different keybinding.

I use it myself and it doesnt make any difference in speed or whatsoever, its just more comfy and you can look around while radding which I find pretty usefull sometimes.
