Help! :(

I make some test video in my sv. I have vegas pro 11 it's a 64 - bit version.
The problem was huge guessing game for me, but i observe that: when i add some effects on clip it lags... Anybody knows how to repair it?

it depends of the effects you use. the video has some lag in the twixtor parts (the slow-motion). You recorded at 25 or max 30 fps the replay.. it's normally to have a bit of lag. the rest of the video was smooth. awesome edit btw

This is a little bit BETA version, as you can see i repair that effect in: 0:49
But twixtor still suck, I tryied to hide this motion by effects, but clip is still on 25 frames so it lag.

Maybe when i try to record it on 60 fps it will be works, but i wondering why? becuase San Andreas as game has only 25 frames.
If this right because i know it from Deather, btw. we talk a lot about montage. ^^
