GTA V - Possible Leaked Info Before Reveal

It appears that one savvy person has managed to get his/her hands on a copy of the next issue of GameInformer and has leaked a bunch of details from its big Grand Theft Auto V reveal.

The user posted the list of details over on GameFAQs, however you should take it with a pinch of salt for now as there’s no evidence to back up the claims. The details include information on multiplayer playable characters (Albert DeSilva and Dougie Vejo), car and character customization making a return, and several mini-games are listed.

The full details are below:

You play as Albert DeSilva a half american half puerto rican american
He is 42 years old and has an ex wife and 2 kids
The show breaking bad has a little influence on the game as Albert is drawn to the life of crime from an older age for the money.
You also play as Dougie Vejo a younger criminal just coming up in Los Santos
Los Santos is the only large city, smaller towns round out the countrtyside
Grove Street makes a return, however Carl and Sweet are not in the game.
Money plays a large part as Albert lost most of his in a ponzi like scheme.
Property buying is back
The only customization for characters are clothes/hair/facial hair. no gyms or tattoos
One or more characters from 4 may show up
Car customization is back, seems more fitting for Dougie however Albert may be going through a midlife crisis.
The triumphant return of Lovefist!!! or as the band is now known as the Jezzies.
Songs confirmed so far: My Michelle-Guns and Roses, Magic Power- Triumph, California Dreaming- The beach boys and Beautiful-Snoop Dogg featuring Pharrell.
New mini games include golf, tennis and surfing
Mission played was called “Alimony� featured the scene from the trailer in which they rob the jewelry store
Robbery returns only for Dougie, dispensaries are a large source of cash income.
You can switch between Albert and Dougie by holding down the back button(360)
Game autosaves at that point.
Stinger makes a return.
Speculated not confirmed Aziz Ansari voices radio DJ for current hip-hop station.

Surfing games always sucked. I don't know how can they make a srufing mini-game looks acceptable atleast... Sounds fishy in my opinion.

This doesn't even sound trustworthy in my opinion, I don't get why is everyone so hyped about it

It seems odd that you would be able to switch characters whenever you wanted (I'm assuming outside of a mission) - how would that work with the game's mission structure? I don't know if I doubt the information above, but that one point just sticks out like a sore thumb. Does each character have their own story? Do they ever cross paths? Why was only one protagonist hinted at in the teaser?

Once again, the official launch trailer should (note: SHOULD) answer a lot of those questions. I just can't help but think Rockstar would be aware that the simplicity of the game is one of the reasons it became so popular.
