NewBlue FX installation freezes at 100%

i'm having this problem for a while and it's really annoying, everytime i try to install any of the newblue fx plugins it just freezes at 100%. the files are in the newbluefx folder but they don't show up in vegas.
and this didnt use to happen, i installed it like 2-3 times before and it installed/worked correctly, but now 
any help would be appreciated

have you tried deleting all exsisting files to do with newblue then reinstalling them? if so how about reinstalling vegas?

yep tried all that, i even downloaded the plugins from the original website, it installs them but i can't open vegas

bump  ( big ass bump ) well I have this problem to and it keeps freezing at 100% .. did you find any solution disci?

well not really, I just reformated my pc and it doesn't freeze ever since

Does anyone know what could be the problem ? I'm having these problems to and it annoys me as fuck and I want to fix it so I can finish the video i'm editing
