If this is an .mkv then you have wrong settings for the output when it comes to those linear lines in quick motion. Dunno what it's called again because Vegas is not working atm, but it should be set to "none" instead of "progressive". And since the forum search function is offline I cannot find the topic for you incase you need it

oh It's not mkv, I was actually going for .mp4 but I couldn't, so I went for .wmv wich is pretty standard, but whatever, I didn't like the outcome anyways, so I'm not gonna send it to T3C.
