I'm in need of help

So my computer is pure shit. I wasn't experienced about computers that much when I bought this so I got Acer Aspire X1300 from supermarket few years back because it was cheap, but the problem it's MINI-PC! God damit I hate this tiny peace of crap, the fan is making so much noise when I open any game or large website.. I haven't enjoyed gaming since.. well never because my computer before this was slow so I couldn't play games back then neither.

So my need of help is I need new components for my computer and also new case so I can attach new fans and shit inside it. A new graphics card and the CPU and perhaps memory. I could maybe use my motherboard and power supply from this old crap, it doesn't matter.

My budget is 300~ euros.

edit: and you made kinda big list.. I asked for CPU, Motherboard and I found that I have my old computer case somewhere at basement that is bigger than this MINI-PC (gotta link you my old computers link soon, I'm at school now) so maybe leave case out of the budget? Also I'm quite happy with my 4gb Ram
