Photoshop problem

I got today a psd. file from someone who made me a gfx. But when i want to save it in Photoshop as a picture, there is no jpg. or anything else. How to save it? :unsure:

In Photoshop the formats have their full meaning.
If you want to save in JPEG format you have to search for Joints Photography Experts Group (.JPEG)
Same applies for GIF, PNG, BMP or other. Just search better.

never had this, i think it's ps fault. have no idea why though.
just print screen the gfx and let it thro paint.
