Yeah so my SA lags a lot every time I bail out my bike and spawn back it takes about 5 seconds to get the actual framerate back, so is there any modifactions to fix this? or reduce the fps anyhow like black sky, no speedblur or such

if you have the RIP version then download the HOODLUM one

Fix GTA San Andreas Radio Lag
its all because of audio, I have RIP and I had the same problem, ^ that tutorial fixed it.
