how can i instal it ?

Go to this directory: GTA San Andreas / models. There you find a file called 'gta3.img', open that with IMG Tool 2.0. Hit F2 on your keyboard and type in 'bighangarsfxr.txd', the tool will find and mark up the file. Right click on it, so that menu pops up. Then click 'Replace' and chose my file in the window.
