hey guys , today i resintalled GTA IV and installed the 1.0.7.0. patch , but the game doesn't start.  if i run the launcher , there is the window from social club and i type in my e-mail address and my password . then i start the game , but nothing happens.
When i installed it the first time , i had Windows XP 32 sp 3.
Now i have Windows 7 32 .

I already :
-run the game as admin
-start the game with the settings of XP sp3 and Vista sp2
but it still doesn't work

pls help me
