You can't switch between main page styles.Now they mixed up the subscriptions with friend's favorites and stuff like that.I don't even found all subscription videos i have

^ If you click Subscription Uploads then you can just see videos uploaded by the channels you have subscribed to.

There isn't a way to change back tot he old layout. But the homepage was never the best way to view them.
If you click on your account name in the top right of the page and then click on Subscriptions then you can find all the uploaded videos and you can select someone's account name on the left.
