    heey guys

    i gotta problem with starting vc,
    i click the icoon of vc, but nothing does happen.
    i reinstalled vc 31581354 times and nothing help...
    plz help

    btw the problem is same in sa

    some more details would be cool, like how did it start? nothing starts itself, you updated something should not had to or you just got some viruses i think
