replays problem

I've got a problem from some time.After i save the replay from the game and it is saved in gta sa user files i can use it.But if i rename it i can't use it anymore.For example if i try to delete,move or rename it shows me this error:

Maybe its because it is saved in a .rar file ?

doubt.rar isn't a rar archive it's just a folder.I just renamed it because i was trying to fix this problems in many other ways(I know that it sounds stupid) .Fuck you guys for help and fuck you too kast

Try unplugging and plugging your pc. WORKS WONDERS

Rename it with left-click, it might work that way. Also try defragmenting the folder, it helps in many situations, you'll be amazed with the results.
