Simple problem in any games

i got some problems in my game, last time i play assassins creed 2 after that i leave the game, in the next day i play all my games(cuz im bored) and it has a black margins in left and right i dont know how to remove it.

how can i remove black margins while i play any games?

help me pls

But all time not only when playing assassins or W/e

And sometimes i have it bottom of screen , i try to adjest it back to place by a button on my monitor sometimes works some times gets worst

Ah those. I have them in AC1. I can't help you pop, I have the same thing.
