Well, first of all we all need to understand how the human brain works. When you tell someone something in a harsh way, the person will probably think about it and remember it. You could tell it really nice, but that would be filtered by the persons brain mostly into the garbage folder. The person would just wipe his/her ass with the good part and ignore the "how to improve" part (not everyone ignores it but a lot of people/players/users/editors do that, ergo no progress in editing or stunting).
