Download speeds going down?

Hey guys

Everytime I'm downloading something , It's going at a good speed. But as it reaches the end it goes down to like 0,5kb/s or even less. It starts at about 95% , going down from like 400kb/s to 0,5kb/s and then it takes fucking ages to finish.. What's wrong? Is my internet trying to annoy me or what

I don't know what causes that, but do you two have the same problem maybe?

Its just a problem with calculating the amount of traffic - just don't care about the speed it shows you.
