I just tried to join the TMS server and after a few minutes of a black screen I recieved this message:

Ghost try to fix your GTA with this patch and try to connect to the TMS server without an activated firewall. Thats what I could find now but I'm damn tired and go to bed (02:44 am ). If it shouldn't help you I'll check the MTA wiki.

As far as I know and tested MTA Race works on VC2SA. No idea about GTA:U. VC2SA & GTA:U don't work with MTA DM cuz of d3d9.dll reasons (Aschratt told me).
