How do you know that these equations are the same in SA as in real life? Furthermore how do you know that they don't change depending on what FPS the player has?
Equation was just my guess However, there is no reason that R* should put different physics system from real life because they had to make SA realistic as they can.
About the 2nd question, you mean physics engine in SA keeps changing along FPS? That sounds absurd.
