I bring you a simple tutorial, and imo this is the easiest way of doing this effect, using:
- two layers;
- one text media.

Enjoy and I hope you find this useful as it is and possibly combined with other effects.

oh I just found out you suck on doing turtrails DDX
it shoud be text all the time how you shoud do man...
I hope you will get better on it
and you need to describe more exactly how to do with less text and texts more times...
try out that thing in next turtrail..
btw I think someone allredy have done a turtrail with a talking guy with this thing...

Describe more? Can't you just see what hes doing its not that difficult to follow and don't say he sucks you dickhead at least he found a solution to the problem and even posted a tutorial about it. I wish I could still wear that hate bar ,but no you complained about it like a fucking child
