To be honest guys a hate bar isn't going to improve anything, all it did was entice him to further post his neverending bukkake of fail in Joe's topic. I did report him the other day, if people keep reporting him the mods will soon catch on and warns/bans will be issued.
Jaik you don't want that to happen, read the forum law and think before you post something that could be considered insulting/stupid.
