Happens when I try to change some part of the pcj600. Any ideas?

Use TXD workshop =]

Wait, Stream read error is something to do with the images. Save as PNG.

If you use photoshop when saving bitmaps, after clicking the save button check the OS/2 button.

png's should always be used when skinning unless its for the alpha, they're BMP.. but bmp's can sometimes reduce the quality of the image, it can't hold transparency and its file size is like 5000 times bigger than needed lol

at KW, i've never used tga and never had a problem.. i don't even know why they're an option tbh

I suggest using TXD Workshop, it's got more options and is more user-friendly overall. If you still have an error with TXDW someone should be able to help you, considering it's the more popular editor.

Had this before, fixed it by just saving as PNG, opening it in MSPaint, then resaving as BMP. Hope this helps.

when i make alphas.. i do it in photoshop then i just copy it in paint, save as 24-bit bmp and BAM!!

I downloaded TXD Workshop and using PNGs. Now when I try to replace the PNG, I get this:

Maybe this dxt.dll is corrupted? If so, could someone please upload it?

Use .tga's and make sure writing-protection is disabled.

i had the same error on vista the dxt.dll or something.. i installed windows XP and BAM it worked    it wouldn't run on vista on my pc.. hope you find the answer somewhere
