well, by the looks of things its been cracked finally  a dude at gtaf thinks he can make a lil program that can extract the models n such .. i can't wait.. but i won't link you yet cause i don't know much about it, hopefully this happens and isn't one of those "i'll do it next year" things..

The only difference is with modding on PC, theres no risk. For this you have to open your 360/PS3. :/

I may be wrong, but you can connect your console to the PC and run it through this program. I've done similar with Xbox1 to copy NFS Carbon, I could see all the files.

also, the game is leaked remember, eventually there will be a modulator or w/e it is.. plus what i was talking about is we can rip the shit and stick it in like VC

Dude, they don't make computers that good.
