ok, maybe old in VC... in vc can give high and quality results... but in sa this sistem (due to the 2 cars rule) is quite new, quite a bit usefull and a bit useless. it up to you

Turtle Dick or RAD did somthing like this but it was a tank to replace the ambulance in RP 52 I think. Thats was for VC.
