Well, i had the idea of having businesses increase your banking interest. However, after adding about 7 estates of this callabre, I realized that after using the item to increase you banking interest, the item would be deleted.

So, I guess until we get a custom made item script for one that actually KEEPS the item, we'll have to make every GTA thing unusable

im sorry to hear about this. I know that its possible to make it stay. Something else you could do i that once you get the estate and use it you get another item which is exactly the same but it is used so you cant resell it or anything

yeh, but then say when you trade it to somebody, it is of no value to their Bank's interest as the item is Unusable. I'd like to have it so that while you have a business in your posession, you bank interest increases the indicated percentage, but when you send it to another member, you lose your interest percentage and that user you sent it to gains it. That would be totally perfect.

OR, what would be even better, is if it just simply earned you an indicated amount of money daily.

I'll do my best to try and get a custom item like that

That sounds extremely hard to do. Might wanna ask the guy who hooked it up in the first place.

i certainly know it would be possible to do, and not too hard compared to many other things in scripting. I'll ask for the item for the next release of IBStore (3.2). Im sure many other communities will benefit from it too.

ok got it. The other forum i go to has this. Make a multiple use item and each time you click on it, it will give you a certain amount of cash and you can only use it once a day

So all the stuff I found yesterday and today was not worth anything? VERY FUN... I sat up all the night to write prices and descriptions and shit. If you fix it, can you add my stuff? Or have you deleted it? ... I trust in you man.

i am going to re'add them Marklund, don't worry. Just you'll get your paycheck once the items have been successfully added to the store. I will still be adding non-business buildings such as houses, just not businesses.
