Girlfriends' Uniforms

do the uniforms that you get from your girlfriends have a specific use?

For Example: if I wear the cop uniform and I do cop missions, will other cops stop shooting at me?

I can't find Helena.

Nope they dont have any use i kno it sucks i wanted the cop outfit to work like it did in vice. As for helena she is near Blueberry in Red County beside ammunation

I checked around ammunation at Blueberry But I dont see her. I even started a new game to see if she there (in case I killed her) but still dont see her.
