You can take as much runup as you want (The start was only added to hide something)
You can use any taxi in the game (Let it be cabbie, zebra, taxi)

That roofs near NPM are invisible. Can't land. Spot is old, and i think nobody land this because ... Roof is invisible.

The top of the roof is not solid, which means you cannot land on it; you will just fall through the roof.
