Do you have vista? , cos i have vista and i cant save stunts with fraps and use txdworkshop

Get avast antivirus and make a deep virus scan. Don't really know about the first screen btw!

Where did you download these from?    I'd try a more reputable place maybe cause I've never seen stuff like this with all the mods, tools and stuff I've downloaded over the years.

Its probably NOT, that he has an virus, but a virus scanner... to me, it looks like an on-access virus scanner blocks DLL's or EXE's from beeing loaded. Do you mind telling us about current running processes and services? (And anti-virus-tools)

And i have no running scanners/firewall's(zonealarm) programs
