I Looked at a few tuts here Such as pixel stretch and others, And made my first sig. I Think its nice, but im no good at text

The girl is not blended with teh bg, btw being your first that's not bad.

Indeed, nice outcome for a first. Try to read some more tuts, to learn different styles and techniques to improve your sigs. Well done!

And about blending: add a layer mask on the render layer to blend some parts, or smudge it with the background.

hell of a lot better then my first sig. like everyone else said the render needs to be blended

Get a very soft eraser brush at about 50% opacity and erase the left edge a bit.

Nice first sig.  Yeah, try blending girl into the background, especially lassotool and masks are very good for that. Good-Tutorials - website is very good. I always look for good tutorials from there.
