This is my situation, I need t odownload a song for a video, And i use limewire. I Have no signal so i cant download. I Use avast and disabled "P2P Shield". Then stopped all firewalls and stuff. Restarted and it wont connect

Help would be appreciated.

My mate has is problem , it was something to do with his ISP

I Run wireless using a netgear router+Plusnet Provider.
