Allow me to explain it.

Its when you do a wheelie so far back, that the back end of the bike scrapes the ground as you go. If you can keep the bike in this position, while tapping forward, you get a massive speed boost faster than tapping forward could ever take you. With it, you can do 200ft+ P2B's if the runup is good enough.
