It's modding if you put a Taxi there? It's most possible without the Taxi: on some boosts you sort 'detach' from the wall and start going left or right

I think it should be possable to just boost up there off a taxi. it looks possable that way anyway.

Stuck taxi's not needed. Just turn into the billboard as you boost and it should help ya angle towards the roofs.
