If it is Liberty City, it will be really different, there seem to be more buildings and old buildings are shaped differently...also another bridge visible as well, i think it will be different enough if it is LC (which i dont think it is)

I wouldnt put it past R* to have those textures in to get people thinking like they have been, i mean it would take much to change text on a car or boat etc

Its modern New York. theres times square, statue of liberty, and even a Honda S2000 driving past the rollercoaster.
