I did this in TMS' Vice City Reloaded video which places the VC map in SA. BTW i did it in an nrg.

I don't know how you guys could have trouble with that little hill... that is a piece of cake for me, the bump is actually the hardest part of the stunt I flew over it, COMPLETELY and fell into the water last time I tried
