New Hardware

K so my buddies was throwin away his old pc so last night we took it apart and he wanted all the fans out of it to keep his amp in the car cool and said i could get whatever i wanted out of it so i got the dvd drive and a 256 stick or ram.

Anyway is there anything special i need to do to put theses in or just hook it all up and restart the pc?
