it looks as if ive brought back this topic fromthe dead (show them a gif of the jet ski and bi plane in action)

jet ski is where the sea skimmer was in VC (the docks in film studio on prawn isle)

and the bi plane is at eh airport on first isle on the begining of the diagnol air sstrip that cuts thruough the other 2

That whole 'omg you can only swim for a minute!' That gets fixed. You do live guard beach missions, and they give you unlimited swimming
