SA Parkour Challenge
« on: January 28, 2006, 03:46:17 PM »
I had an idea, pretty similar to the  "pwnage game". Here's what happens...

-Someone makes one  "run"  jumping from roofs, climbing walls and grenade boosting.
-Someone downloads it and has to do exactly the same as the last person, like i said, just like the pwnage game

Rules;

-The  "run"  must be no longer than 2 minutes, but the video in total can be as long as you like, (credits, intro, outro don't count towards the 3 minutes).
-If somebody completes a run and uploads the video but doesn't release the next run within 3 days anyone is entitled to make one themselves.
-Ok, now cheats are allowed, health cheat, lower wanted level and ghost town. They are the ONLY cheats allowed, no cheats like  "CJ jumps very high" or anything like that, because cheating is not fun.

Just to help explain...

"Brainkiller: SA Parkour Challenge one [link]
User 1: pretty cool i'll give it a go
User 2: completed  B)  [link]
User 3: wow that was quick
User 2: here is SA Parkour challenge two [link]"

If you have any questions please ask...

If you aint sure about the whole freerunning/parkour in SA then this topic will help you out greatly.

Big thanks to Infested and Kr3mlin.

So here is Parkour Challenge one, it's an easy one  :P

Sorry about Filefront i hate it and i moan when people use it but
Yousend it was saying  "page cannot be displayed"  when the upload finished...so it had to be FF.

Good luck

PS. Since the replay system is messed up change your fraps settins to  "half size"  it lowers the quality but it doesn't kill your computer  so you can record while your playing without bad lag. That is what i done with the first parkour video...

Someone did this on GTAforums a while ago - bit of a parkour craze, lasted about a week.  Some of the stuff was alright though.

I just watched it... Fug, you don't have to use the same music and video effects lol...just the same jumping and boosting, well done, i hope you make a hard one.
