So I only just found out that Alex had passed, so I'm still in a state of shock to be honest
He was such a fun dude and his positive attitude was contagious. We spent so much time talking during COVID, he really helped me though them times. When he told me he was sick and in and out of hospital, I felt completely helpless being thousands of miles away. I know he had great friends and family to support him though. theOnlyOne, you're a true friend, dude.
He loved and laboured over the database, he really is the reason it exists as it does, so I'm proud to have something I can continue on with that I know he'd be proud of too.
He really loved this community and it's only fitting that a great video was made in his memory. I loved that you used his music, he was so talented. Please everyone, continue to keep his positive attitude and loving nature with you always.

I just personally feel like that people are going to end up using this as an easy way out, rather as a possible 'last alternative'. Beast did push the limits for most of what he did in his videos exploiting this method - I do not trust everyone else would do the same, though. They will see it as a viable method to begin to land their stunts with. Instead of pushing limits they'll be focused on just saving time from exerting more effort than would otherwise be necessary.
thank you for understanding this
So the issue is AllBeast, is you've spend the last however how many months milking this shit pretending you're the best stunter on gods green earth, rather than sharing an exciting modding technique (technically not modding, sure sure whatever) for people to have honest fun with like Gravmod. You've found a "modding" method that can't be detected, and also shown that some people, will hide that they've used it. The videos are cool, in a gravmod kind of way, why you couldn't have just released them with full transparency I do not know, you just love stirring shit apparently.

click the picture to get to the YouTube streaming. Premieres now @ 2:00 PM PH time (or 11:00 PM GTAS time) click here to get to the GTASDB page.Originally fckR was going to edit this, but he decided to step down so my man ZeRo here asked me to work on the editing and I accepted because of course it's going to be nice. I am proud to have this project. Major shoutouts to ZeRo as he is the one who started this. Apologies to Nem for using only 1 replay for the video. Topic Link

Although I agree with it, you've put "Crazy" and "Insane" in the review template, surely that's not right Let people add their own superlatives! Will review later, with my OWN TEMPLATE!

Aah right, there were a few more cuts that you must have done for editing reasons then, maybe just leave it till the next beat to sync to if possible, if you find you have too many stunts for the song, just pick the best ones and maybe put some in the credits or something?
Dannye's SCM is very very good indeed, I couldn't live without it in VC, so yeah definitely look into that, I think it should fix the replay thing.
Another one of Lord Dannye's tools is Freeplay, which will give you the ability to do sick camera angles and all sorts, I'm not really that clued up on it but it's the go-to for some of the better editors on the site.

For a first video it's really good. I can't really talk to much about the stunts as it's SA and I don't know much, they seemed a little simple but it's your first, and there were some nice stunts in there, can tell you had fun which is the main thing. Editing was good, as you said the synchronisation was off at the beginning but it picked up and for the most part was a clean edit and enjoyed watching. Maybe don't cut some of the stunts abruptly, maybe you fell off or something I dunno but it's a bit jarring to cut half way through a stunt to something else. Also someone can help you get rid of the flashing replay I'm sure, if you actually wanted to have it there for nostalgia reasons, right on it definitely took me back. Hope you keep stunting and making more videos dude!

So I started a 24 hour video, people joined, people landed stunts and submitted, I started editing and then realised once again that it's a bloody ballache! To be fair, I shouldn't have tried to practise editing with a video that's meant to be a super-quick turnaround, but ah well, got there in the end. Stunts were done in 24 hours, but not the same 24 hours, in some cases off by days. Editing has taken longer than I care to admit for what the final result is, hope the contributors are at least content with it. Enjoy anyways. A Loose 24GTASDBYoutube

Yeah it's all easy enough to do, however I can't seem to get hold of AJ to give me the correct access to do it all.
Doubt that'll happen for a while sorry, nice renders though!

Whilst I appreciate your honesty, Joe. I'm afraid I'm going to have to ban you from GTAS for life.
Goodbye

Alright lemme say first of all - I wouldn't class that as an 'easy' stunt. That's a bit of a fiddly bastard stunt and I think it's a bit cheeky to submit. That said, I did about as well as you did with my grind.
My challenge is an age-old classic, land the precision. Roof does not count, gotta land on the wee bit I was on. Shouldn't be too hard, hell Nitzkit did it on PS2 once upon a time ago.
Fun classic! Landed & New Challenge - Here
