you're the first person i've banned from evolve youtube comments rainbow so congratulations. you actually sought out the comment of someone who enjoyed the video, just so you could post your salty ass comment. it was completely unnecessary and petty.
i don't know why marston or anyone from V posts anything to this backwards ass website. you people are the anti-everything that should represent stunting. you contribute nothing while sitting on a high horse and judging others, like your opinion is the end all be all, when in fact it's not even relevant. you don't even know why you hate what you hate. the initial hate for wallclimb was completely understandable, as it was based around the fact that people would abuse it to land a stunt. ie. not actually clearing the distance to your objected landing and using the wall below to help. using a wallclimb as a bump to land an otherwise clean stunt is completely different. in any regard, liking or disliking both boils down to personal taste. so you don't like a type of stunt, that's cool. doesn't mean you have to try and be the loudest person in the room and ruin other peoples enjoyment. i'm sure i'll come back and read your responses, but i'm done with this website. i'll keep stunting and having fun and you'll keep doing nothing and being nothing in this scene. also, who tf is Art? edit: just to clarify, i wasn't including Vanilla in the conversation about those of you who contribute nothing. I wouldn't argue that. he's contributed a lot to V stunting. 3

vanilla, i saw your tweet about how you were disappointed we'd used glides in LC. now, we release a video intentionally devoid of glides, and there aren't enough? on top of that, i've seen you praise the most mundane videos with the most repetitive stunts and say that they're amazing videos. nothing about what you praise or criticize is consistent. also, we get it, you don't like wallclimbs. you'll abuse any other method that relies on fps and have no problem with it, but bumping a wall is too much, got it. you don't have to say it on every video.
when your list of thing you don't like, is consistently longer than the things you do, maybe you need to reevaluate how you share your opinion. try and be constructive and not condescending and contrived. people will respect you more. 4
Evolve Public Section / Re: GTA V Vice City Teamtage« on: April 13, 2018, 08:19:07 AM »Editing was good, soundtrack suits the theme of going back to such an old map and the 3x wallride was pretty nice. Other than that it was pretty weak like Reynolds mentioned.the thing is, we were stuck with base stats for everything in the VC map. that means no increased strength to perform wheelies on motorcycles, so it took some creativity to find some cool stunts.I'm sorry to sound so rude right now, but what creativity is in this video? You're doing the exact same kinds of stunts, but better, in the normal V map. i guess it's hard to explain to someone who hasn't done any real stunting in v or contributed to the scene, but there's loads of creativity in that video. keep looking. you'll find it. 5

the thing is, we were stuck with base stats for everything in the VC map. that means no increased strength to perform wheelies on motorcycles, so it took some creativity to find some cool stunts. on top of that, a number of these things aren't really possible in the normal V map, so it was cool to have the VC map to work with.

thanks for the feedback guys.
i really wish i was good enough at editing to use more aggressive music too. i tried to pick a song i thought was a little different than the normal V type songs, but it's not too out there i guess. i wanted to make something similar to old style gta SA vids. i loved the diversity of music choices and editing styles from back then, but i'm not nearly talented enough to use anything but slow music and transitions etc. 9

the intro was really nice. the angles for the stunts get a little too disorienting for my taste but i guess the focus wasn't on the stunts.

I'm proud of my crew for all the awards and especially "Crew Of The Year".
i'd question my own, as i feel there are more deserving people, but appreciate it none the less. |
