That's a Ruffian. It's my goto bike for freeroaming as I find it the most reliable stunt bike. Using a mix of stunting with fighting, I need to be able to know I'm more than likely going to make the jumps I hit. I wouldn't want to guess how many times I've jumped on a roof while being chased and then sniped the other player while they look for me :p

I use that first shortcut to go to LSC all the time, or if someone in a car is chasing me :p If you use a bike that can wheelie then you'll usually fly over the storm drain, but like Orange said it's not reliable. You'll find yourself landing badly most of the time. Here's a happy landing for you... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hXZ_PMaGQtAAlso, the left of the bridge is a dead end, like you said. I guess if you kept going at it then one day you may get a lucky bit of lift and be able to clip the hedges for a double-bump, but you'd probably have more luck trying the plait snot.

That wont work for most songs, they also scan the audio for similarities to the music in their library.
Youtube only checks the first 30 seconds of the video.....
The last montage video I did had copyrighted music in it, which YouTube matched from the 58 second mark, right up to over 3 minutes. It was also an arrangement which I'd made myself, hence there being no match for the first and last minutes. I'm really not sure what this is meant to do, as putting an mp3 file into a video and then rendering it will not include the mp3 tags. Despite the fact that it just doesn't, think about how it wouldn't be able to do that if there were more than 1 song used. Slight pitch shift and/or time stretching is the only real way to fool YouTube, but they both potentially sound ugly as sin.

Okay, we are saying the same thing actually. I totally agree that it's the lack of bailing that is the problem. I have, however, had periods where I literally could not bump at all, when unable to bail. So yes, that would be not bailing that's causing it, but it has completely stopped me stunting at all, several times.
I've just not been able to bump and put it down to bumps, but your logic makes perfect sense.

Bumping is the same no matter what you do. Bailing is messed up across the entire game though.
We can't be playing the same game. Seriously it's messed up. A lot of the time it is fine, but then you'll suddenly not be able to fall off your bike at all, just like in test mode in the creator. I've got lots of video of this. When this is active it makes bumping very different as the bike seems more inclined to simply stop at bumps, rather than jump. There's a group of us that play together very regularly and we all spend the majority of our time stunting in free roam, and we've all agreed on this. I'm shocked it's not being talked about. The upside is that people who have never been able to stunt have found themselves jumping all over the place at times. Plus it's nice to let other players ram you with their car and literally just bounce off them (or bump off the front of their car if they're coming head first).

Read here for information, it's known: https://twitter.com/VaNillaGTA
Am I completely missing something, or is no-one even mentioning the fact that the stunt physics somehow partially carry over into free roam? It doesn't seem to be something you can easily trigger but it's basically the equivalent of anti-fall, where you can literally ram head-first into the train and just bounce off without coming off your bike. There are also times when you get the absolute opposite and your bike simply will not bump off anything. I wouldn't mind if it were consistent and we just had to adapt, but at the minute you can never be sure what's happening and it makes it very difficult to accurately judge the new bikes.

Wow thanks guys - that means a lot. I worked really hard on this video so it's really rewarding that it's getting good feedback.

I recently finished Beyond: Two Souls and was just utterly blown away by it. I can see why there were mixed reviews as it's certainly not traditional gaming, but if it hooks you then you are in for one hell of a stunning journey. I intend to play it through again at some point, in chronological order (you have the option to play it in the original jumping-about-timey-wimey way, or chronological).
I also recently finished Watch Dogs again, in preparation for Watch Dogs 2 in a few months time. If only Watch Dogs and GTAO would make babies. Gaming would be so much better!

When I said I wanted pointers on the last stunt in #23, I did just mean a rough idea what to do, so you've explained that already - thanks I've played about 12 or 13 so far and most of the stunts are either clear or well known, so they're relatively straight-forward (at least as straight-forward as each stunt can be!), but there are still a few that just leave me scratching my head. I'm sure I'll figure them out. All-in-all though, they're really good fun (except the BMX one. Don't even get me started on that!) Thanks for doing them

update: Raffal Parkour 23 is now online. This is just a basic Pegasi Ruffian stunting race , this race is less difficult than the last one (Parkour 21) but not easy so good luck. (Beta because the last one may be too hard/random )
I can't even get to the first checkpoint. I don't know if it's just my boost noobishness (I have never used them before), or if I'm doing something wrong. The Ruffian is my No.1 choice of bike and I'm not even getting close. I've made it about half way up the building, but most of the time I land around the bottom. Don't know what to say. It looks like I'd like it, but don't see why I can't do it. Edit: Okay I got a lot further with a Bati but a lot of the stunts are too much guesswork. Without a video showing each intended stunt, people won't know what you've got in mind for some of them. I got to one where there's a checkpoint in mid-air over Vespucci Marina, and I think I was supposed to hit a jersey barrier and ramp off a roof, but the Bati wasn't having any of it so I gave up. I did try a few of your earlier ones and also found them a little too obscure. I like the premise, but I think they need some work to become "user friendly". Another edit: I went back to the Ruffian and managed the first one after getting the boost timing better with the Bati previously. The rest of it was a lot easier on the Ruffian and I only stopped at the last stunt. I don't actually know how to do that rooftop from that approach. I tried a few different things but it's gone midnight and I have work in the morning. It took about half an hour to get to the last stunt, so I'll give it another try tomorrow, but I would appreciate some pointers on the last one

And there I was, all ready to tell you how shit they look and then see you actually mean an actual air grab! That name has sadly been used more recently for something very shit and very different http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bvR1ncHLIYgI detest that shit with a passion.

I know the guy that made that video. He steals his stunts from people, fails and flukes something else, then says, "Nailed it".
Lel.
Nice video Forest. Needs more kwebbelkop.

You got a thumbs up from me. You can see the improvement so just keep going doing what you're doing. Boosts.... sigh. Just stop using them completely, as you clearly don't need them. They immediately make a stunt look basic and cheap and the ones you did without (which was most, in fairness) were much better. Literally, just don't even put them in your races any more. But yeah, end on a positive note - definite improvement so do more
