SA Chat & Support / Starting out stunting on GTA:SA - What Do I need?

Hello,
I have joined GTAstunting.net before but I did not get into it so much. I have just managed to get GTA:SA for the PC and I am thinking of doing a few stunts.
What mods do I need in order to learn the trade?
Save/load
Trainers?
100% Save file
Noclip/jetpack to get to high building?
I want to start off doing Parkour Grenade Boosting and Grenade Boost to Parachute to further my routing options from very tall buildings!! As on the PS2 I have found a couple of nice routes that are pretty hard to do all in one go but without Save/Load it is annoying
found one by the hospital if anyone has tried it - I've mastered the Grenade Boosting so I am ready....
