Swans, Arvo Part, Ophacht, Scott Walker, Venn Rain, Burial and some other sophisticated boring shit; they just pwn.

However, my favorite album of the year is the debut LP of a Japanese trance artist, Nhato. Definitely the album I listened to the most this year.
