I give up. It sounds like a great mod AsWa, but this mod just lags too much for my computer. The lag, the pop ups, it just pisses me off. I even used my un-modded Vice City and tried to load up the game but same problem. Great mod once again. Respect for you. Hope it works for everyone else.

I downloaded it. And I don't got that Error anymore. However, the game still doesn't load up. It just says "Spawner Plug-In" on the top left corner of my screen. Any reasoning for this?

I unchecked it, clicked apply and then ok, but when I go back to it, it's checked again. Is this supposed to happen?

Well, someone from some other forums wrote how to fix this problem. I'm a bit confused on number 4. I don't get it. How do you make sure your VC folder isn't flagged read only? Anyone have a clue? I'm stuck up to that part but I hear this method works.
1.Install the mod from the setup launcher.
2.Go to your VC directory.
3.Find install, a WINDOWS Batch file.
4.Make sure your VC folder isn't flagged 'read only'.
5.Run that setup.
5.If you see any other setups in the folder, run them.
6.Make sure it's done the optimizer and changes the limits.
7.Run SA IN VC via the SA IN VC launcher, not the classic VC launcher.

yeah, agree with turtle dick. It ruins the fun out of 'the fun' I mean I got 800 and something highest distance and it wasn't from mt.chillad or the highest point in SA nor any big areas. I just bumped into a rock with a hotring racer and flew far . Although, I forgot the exact location but I can tell you it was around the LV Deserts
