The meshes move around, i mean you did an .ipf animation to them?
since those clouds are not possible in III Era engine, you did big damn meshes....so they rotate and get lightning from timecyc? ![]() 3

1-Sayin you hate the fking skin is useless and senseless, not even 1 modder will make skins for everyone who likes it and change it to another couse dudes not liking that
![]() 2-Constructive criticsm is much more diferent than saying "The mod sucks" or "The mod looks gay", why the fuck the auther in this case me will do with that comments? any map mod cant be gay ![]() 3-Of course you have the freedom to do and post all the critics to the project, but do it in a right way not saying a general idea like "The mod Sucks" thats hit doesnt help anyone ![]() 4

1-GTA Mod installer is crap, is like saying you dont know to install mod and need someone to do it
2-Maps cant be installed by mod installer, since is a crap of program....never used it in my life 3-Yeh thats the Link, will contain the actual progress for the map and stuff you see in video 4-You will need to install it by hand, thats why i included a read me file if you cant manage to install it, follow the tut i posted along this topic and if in extreme case add my MSN and i will help you ![]() 5

1-Sculptris is a bitch highpoly crap that wont be for use in games like GTA, not even any game...no game will accept you meshes of 50,000 polys that is the less you can manage in sculptris
2-Blender looks cool but Max has the scripts and everything for GTA SA modding, so try 3D Max, you dont have to buy it, just get a damn crack and ready ![]() 3-ZMod is just accurate for cars, and just has lame scripts for GTA IV...so in less words i seem 3D Max the most suitable ![]() 6

Easy but need to be defined as building instance or car, cant be character or Skinned mesh concerning to PEDS ![]() Inside 3D Max, to any Reflective .dff, the material you want to reflect instead of normal mipmap, do architectural material and done ![]() 7

No, stream memory can be just adjusted like saying the engine how much of it use in every operation
it cant be changed, is damn hardcoded and nobody managed to do it and VC dev stopped alot ago so is must like a dream for VC to have this map
