I won't be uploading this test vid to anywhere else, because it's only a taster of what I have planned, when the final product is done I'll upload to Vimeo too , for now here's a taster of what's next!

FFS, that's not Lara Croft. Seriously, I get that games companies have no new ideas so have to keep re-using the classics, but at least keep the characters the same, this is almost as bad as the new Spyro game, which as omakes me sick.

Thanks, don't plan to have him doing it in game, but I am using SA bones so it's possible I guess, And done, well the lip sync anyway, 6000 odd frames of animation, 2 days of work and he sings the whole song, now to choreograph and animate a dance routine :p elo - mr.blue sky tommy vercetti lip sync test 3 full.avi

That's awesome dude, I just found the upper teeth really unatural, they don't move at all. But other than that it's super great.
Teeth usually don't move... 
Yes, I think the natural effect of which you speak, comes from the fact his head doesn't move, if you think of the skull it's impossible for the top teeth to move, I'll update soon on about 3000 frames now

Hey, started working on this today, this is 900 frames of animation so far, I'm planning to do all the lip syncing, and then add in dancing so that the final product will be tommy dancing around his mansion singing this song  , pretty ambitious, but would be epic if I can pull it off ELO - Mr.Blue Sky Tommy Vercetti Lip Sync Test 1__A.aviPlease fell free to comment

Man am I glad I have about 6 PSN accounts in various countries , so I can get 'em all!
No you can't, they check by PS3 not by accounts. Or at least that's what they said.
I've always been confident in SONY abilities, but this "playstationgate" has been so badly handled and the playstation store is still not accessible. I barely play, but I want to download these 2 free games 
Well I've never had an issue, I have 2 UK accounts, 2 US accounts a Japanese and a German one.

In my experience XP has trouble running 2010, you may have to think about acquiring 2009.
