We're both back to give you some 2008 nostalgia vibes.

I know there's nothing new to see here. I also know some of the stunts were really basic and whatever but we're just here for the fun. 16 years away from Vice City...It's been a long time my friends, please don't kill us.

YouTube seems to have blocked the audio in some country due to Copyright violation, if you're in one of those country you can use Gofile too since you can stream it from there also.

Hello everybody
I'm not new to the forum, back in the days my account was SuRFaCiNg (https://www.gtastunting.net/index.php?action=profile;u=624), I registered back in 2005 and I've been in a couple of community video and I made a video with AwAkEn (https://www.gtastunting.net/index.php?action=profile;u=5993).

After 18 years from the last upload on the GTAS YouTube channel my friend awkn reached out to me on Whatsapp with Colony.
We both watched it and we both loved it...And immediately we bought GTA:VC from Steam, downloaded Dannye's SCM, made some skins and .txd in Photoshop and we got back on our bikes.

This video was done in a month. Back in the days we were young and we played an insane amount of hours in VC ( and we still sucked lol ), now we're over 30 years old, life, jobs...Not enough time to pratice and to be honest, it's been a while...It was really hard.

Nothing new to see here, I'm pretty sure all the stunts you're gonna see here are old and maybe even worse than the one seen in other stunter's video.

I edited the video and decided to make it like it was made back in 2008, when our last video was released...Metal music, basic video editing, laggy 30fps thanks to Fraps ( can't believe this program is still around, it was a nightmare to make it work on W10 but it had to be Fraps, for the "nostalgia" lol ) and a cringe intro  ;D

Thanks to all of you guys...Colony was really awesome and the fact that you're still on this forum and you're still stunting is amazing.

Well, this is quite a surprise. I really hope that this isnt the last we see of you both.

I really liked the intro with the first person stuff. You really managed to capture that oldschool vibe with the camera angles and all. I do not understand how you managed to make fraps lag in 2024 though :D Really cool video, a good stunt is a stunt you had fun to do, and I guess you really enjoyed the process of making this vid, so good for you. Makes me happy too, though I wish some executions wouldve been cleaner :D

lol, I don't know either. I had to keep rebooting Fraps because after recording some footage everytime I was in recording mode the video started lagging badly. After the first recording I was about to find an alternative or a fix to the issues, but I thought that would be fun since in 2008 we played and recorded all the stunt on some crappy pc and that vibe made the video like it was made in 2008 and we just forgot to upload it.

Anyway, I appreciate your comment morbidxxx and to be honest, there's a big chance to see more of us in the future, after some training and improvement of course.

No, I'm not familiar with GTAS Discord server to be honest, I'll definetily check it out.

The stunts and camera angles definitely gave the video that vibe you were aiming for although widescreen resolution and some of the 'modern' effects like chromatic aberration didn't really fit the aesthetic :P With that said it was a good watch and it's very cool to see someone come back to this after 16 years

Awesome video dudes, I definitely felt that oldschool vibe throughout the video, super fun to see you guys back around and bringing that stunting style that was once so prominent around here.
I mainly remember you from an old comm vid, I think it was Interlocked and when I saw your name back then as a 14-15 year old kid I thought "fuck, I should've picked that" since it's one of my favorite Slipknot songs :lol:
Extra grateful that the most recent comm vid is what got you two back on here and even more so because it motivated you to make an actual video, legit warms my heart.
All in all massive props, thanks for this video and I hope you guys stick around!

And thanks to SuRFaCiNg for editing the video, it perfectly recreated the vibes we wanted to bring back  :mellow:.

Now that we're slowly getting the hang of it we will try to do even better with the next one!

Nice fun video guys! Super cool to hear of old members diving back into stunting after the comm video, thats awesome! The movement of the bike during the grab after that stoppie at around 4:15 was very satisfying, also the packer bumping into the carpark slot was neat, and I'm a sucker for freeway stuck-stoppies so they were sweet to see too. Good stuff guys, welcome back!
