Title: Need Serious Help

IS there AnyBody playing vice cry Guyz.. i Have installed a setup of Vice cry Winter Edition Setup download from Moddb to a Clean Backup of vice city.  :unsure:
But When I Start VC exe file then This Happened
1. Intro Played
2. Loading menu Open
3. Selected new Game
4. Loading Screen Start
5. and did not come to end :blink:
Please Is there any body who know  this Error to Fix
