Title: Problem with replay
Post by: SoLoD on July 20, 2017, 04:46:36 PM
I know it is very common problem in SA that replays are faster or slower than when you did them in real time. In the old videos i constantly see slower ones (it is because of weak PCs, right?).
But today i made a stunt and then i saw that my replay had "3 parts":
1. Normal speed
2. At some point it switched to slower speed (0,5 normal speed or so).
3. Then again normal speed.

So, the question: what is the source of this problem? Is it pc or SA problem? Is it common and what can i do to exclude it in future? Because it is pretty hard to work with it in vegas (stunt looks very weird).  :euro:

I assume fps changes, in vc if your fps go lower than 30 it's faster and higher than 30 goes slower

No, when i did that stunt, everything was good and smooth (~90 fps).

it's because of the frame limiter perhaps?

I assume youre stunting with Frame limiter off. The replays will Always be fucked up, also disabling frame limiter is considered modding.

Hope I could have helped

Yes, i am using FL OFF all the time.
But i am stunting at SA, not VC.
And never had a problems like this, my replays always have same speed as when i did the stunt.
